I felt really good tonight and it was nice to ramp it up a few notches. Kicked in at mile 4 at dump and moved to medium tempo pace (HM) and went into holding pattern at SIS waiting for group. McCullough used me as a rabbit and kept catching up. He finally engaged his booster rocket with 200 yds to go and beat me by about 8 seconds... bugger! No pain in abs or groin pain... Used ice just in case.
