Planned long run - Supposed to be 18 at 8:23, did 20 miles at 8:20! Did eGel and H2O at 5, 11 and 16 miles. Decided to add on at end to make it 20. Ab pain was abt 0-2, with left hammie yelling when I opened stride. Really worked at keeping cadence fase...maybe 170. That helps main of the ailments!Felt good about this one... a 50 mile week for the old boy!
