I whoosed out running in the cold rain and wind on the track. I will hear it from the group, but I ran on the "dread-mill" at the Y. No cheating. I was scheduled to do 3x1600 @6:46 each with 400m RI. I ended up doing it at 6:40 pace (9.0 mph) with elevation setting at 1 to simulate wind resistence. Felt good, though it was wicked hot in the gym. I suppose it was good practice running in heat! This run combined with warm-up, cool down and some Hill work gave me a 7.11 total for 60 minutes.
