Planned Strength workout
2 mile warm-up
3x2 mile intervals @ 7:43 +/-. with .5 mile recovery at 10:12. Followed by 1 mile cool down.
Sort of dreaded doing this as it was windy and cold... Ok I am wimp. Actually after warming up I felt surprisingly strong... legs didn't squawk at all even as they felt tired... guess I am getting stronger... who would have thunk it. With less than four weeks to go to the marathon all systems seem ready to roll. Continues on next entry
