Expresso Bike workout at Y - A real sweat-fest... yuk. Felt good. Noted HR seemed to stay around 150 with max up around 167. Would like to monitor HR and see how that relates to running. Ankle still hurts.

Did 17 minutes of water running today. Was going to try doing laps but felt intimidated by all these pro lappers! I wasn't ready to reveal my inept ability to swim smoothly. Maybe tomorrow. You gotta help me "coach."
