Notes
Pretty much a suck-fest. Perhaps too much bricking it yesterday with hour swim, hour spin and 3 miles. Legs actually felt good going out. Turned around to find Dick, but aliens must have abducted him. Was never able to catch up to the peloton, so I trudged along all alone :(. Met up with Greg and Doug at magic tree and refueled... Twas wicked cold and windy! Decided to just head back to town and add on at the Y after another refuel.
Had about 10 pounds of clothes on that became 20 pounds with sweat. I felt the weight! Gaga. After refuel at Y headed out to do dump loop... only really needed 13 today, but had hoped for 18... c'est la vie. Body said NO more. Face was frozen and I couldn't talk at end.
Wore UA tights with CWX and wind pants; UA top (2) and Nike Fleece with windbreaker. Heaters in shoes. Body was actually a bit too warm but face went from freezing to ok. Nose was a snot fest!
Soaked my wounds in Hot Tub with Cremer after and then did 6 laps in pool mixed.
