Warmup alone: checkdam loop (9:00 pace) + grass laps, drills (2 miles). With midgroup to playground, end of Sumanee, 2nd loop via Teem, check-dam loop (1/2 <8:00, 1/2 c. 8:40). Most R knee good: bit stiff, little pain. Blood giving Monday had no effect I could feel. Supervised drills (monster walk). Meet capts.
