Mariann timing: 2x1.5miles 7:30/7:15 pace, alt easy (1:55-2:03) and hard (3x140s in first, 3x130s 2nd) +1m warm, .5 cool.R leg bit stiff, but felt strong. No strain on 6 "pushed" 400s, w near full recovery on 2:00 laps. 4 min break.
