GF-MO; 2 loops alone (17:30 long, 13:45 short). Met Mike, finished 3rd loop w him. Then down to Miller Rd, back up, another1/2 GF loop. Stiff at start & after. Ok during. Dings: L achilles, L foot--top, as if laces too tight. Probably 9-9:15 pace. Hard up hill (Williamson trail, hilltop hill). 83 minutes, so guess 8.5 miles.
