Run w mid-group: Kelly M, Sophie C, Wyatt, Robert, Jay Pabst, other boys. Ramp to S trail, Tower Hill, N to end of trail and back (+.8 mile), back via Tower trail, upper FW trail. (Some went via TJ/S Beach). Steady on hill climbs. 8:00 pace out, 8:30 back. Mike, Anne, Rick w slower kids. L knee stiff, but not worse. Glad I didnt go further. GAVE BLOOD after.
