Alone at WMS: continuous 6.7 m (3 x 8-lane loops: in/out 1 lane/lap). 56 min. Pace 8:15/8:20/8:25. Wind fine. Tired after 4 mi: harder to keep intended pace of 8:15-20. Last lap R leg sagged suddenly (hip?), no pain but evidence of exhaustion. So...probably won't attempt 1/2 marathon. After break, ran a few fast fartlek laps w kids and felt tine.
