Slow track run w John (Frank trailing): .5/1 at 9:00, .5 at 7:45 (arrived late). To FtW: ran w Anne, trailing XC kids. S.Beach, Toe Jam, Country Club, Blakely trail: 5.2 miles. Hot. Wade to cool. Legs achy tired, esp shins/heels.
