XC at BP: alone 3 x 1.5 m loops (pace 9:00, 8:30, 8:00)= 4.5
W mid kids to GF-W (loop there), 9:00 pace = 2.5
Alone around Williams loop, 8:30?? = 1.0
Back alone, easy 9:00 pace = 1.2
Circle back for/w Anne = 1.0 TOTAL 10.2, mostly LR pace, some faster.
Very tired, but no pains. Soaked!
