30/30?? 30 sec at mile pace (6:20) + 30 sec jog (10:20 pace) continuous. Slush on track by stands.
Felt strong: didnt run from bakery Sunday, so fresh. BJ fading at end. So I shifted to 400s w Anne while BJ cooled down.
