Hills alone from Rotary Pk. Warmup w loop up Wyatt/Lovell, down HS Rd. Then 4x HS hill (.4 miles), in 3:30-3:35 as planned (8:45 pace). Hard but not exhausting. Pulse up to 26 (156): down <100 at bottom. Ran thru Commodore (.8+) to cool down. Felt good, tho not able/willing to push much. L heel stiff: no hindrance at that pace.
