Chased Frank, John F, Marianne doing 1Ks to my 1200s. Passed Frank at my 600, John at my 800. Finished 10 m behind Mariann when she ran hard (2 of 3: she left early). About 6:50 pace (515 502 508 502). Even 7:00 pace for 800 (3:28-30), pushed the last 400 (1:34-40). Winded (144-50 HR). Legs ok. Hard effort but no strain. Achilles stiff in warmup, fine in run.
