COMMENTS: The wind made it hard to go easy. Wind in my face all of Main Street. Picked it up from Lamont to High Park. Finished in 39:57 for 6 miles, probably MP pace (6:40). Then ran up to Eggert and did 17 minutes of easy/ cooldown. A lot of puddles because it had just rained.
