Notes

COMMENTS: Did XC 7 loop from Dad's in reverse (50:06). Then ran to the high school athletic fields and jogged 2 loops there on the grass and back to Harlem then Hancock to get to the full 64. Stretched and did a couple of my PT exercises before running. Towards the end of the run my right hip started to become tight that is why I ran on the grass.
