COMMENTS: Ran from my house to Tompkins then took the Studio West entrance to the service road. Attempted to get inside waterworks by the red shed but it was looked unlike last week. So went in the hole in the fence by the powerstation instead. Did 2 loops where the footing was tough with the xc ski trails frozen. Then ran back home the same way I came. Wore sunglasses which fogged up. Did some of my old Physical Therapy exercises before running.
