Notes
Woke up from 24 hour stupor of jet lag. Gained 5 pounds from when I left for New York 3 weeks ago. Mostly added in the later half of NY and the 2 weeks in SH and BJ. Willed myself to run _very_slowly_. and it is quite cold. I was in my winter gear, in hope that I stay slow. In the end it rained a little and I was slightly warm. So it worked out OK.
My ass still hurts from a simple 10K.
