long time no run. hit the wall after 13. Expect to get it back after 4 weeks.

Talked to Yujun during the run. He basically do treadmill during weekdays and long run in the park. Speaks highly of treadmill exercise for the control offerred. Make sense.

Very nice of him to show me some tips.
