Not sure what to do. Still tired as the previous days of the week. Was going to go easy today. Then remembered Sunday is HM day. So did a tempo run instead and will taper over the next 3 days.

Will focus on cross training for the rest of the week. Build muscles on core, back and quad. Will see how well I do in HM.

One observation, it has become difficult to push my heart rate. Even the hard speed will maintain 150 tops. Don't know if that is just fatigue. My speed is higher actually. So maybe a mixed blessing.
