Reboot for the Pleasanton 1/2. Start w interval training. Was supposed to take Monday off but got free 45 min unexpectedly. So speak to self: what the heck. And went out to run anyway. By the end of training though was considering maybe should set the plan for SFM and do P1/2 as a freebie. Anyway. Think too much. Was happy with the short training of 1/2s
