Was quite windy out today. Decided to do a 6x600 workout on the path leading to TT. Legs feeling better today after taking it easy yesterday. The odd reps were into a strong wind (and slightly uphill) - really had to work hard in these reps just to hit around 3:40 pace. Even reps were much easier. Tried to stay in control until the last couple of reps when I pushed harder - still didn't max out though. Rests were quite fast as I wanted to force myself to hold back during the reps.

Not the best condition so quite happy with workout, much better than the last 600's.
