Wet conditions with puddles.Felt pretty relaxed the first 8K and then entered 4K of marathon pace work. The first km and last km had a tailwind so I didn't have any problem finding pace. Ended up going too fast but felt pretty comfortable, just don't know how I would feel after 10 or 20 kms at this pace. There was some headind in middle 2 kms resulting in the slower pace. Legs felt a little fresher, right side not really an issue, maybe just a bit of phantom tightness. Back continues to improve but the mornings and sitting are still a bitch.
