Notes

Ischial tuberosity bothering me today, haven't been stretching it nor foam rolling it. Squats went ok, left knee held up, kept the weight on the lighter side and didn't push it too much. Bench press felt good hitting a smooth paused PR.

Chin Ups - 3x8x25

Kettlebell swings + bicep curls (3x8x60)
