Took yesterday off as lower back really seized up. Was feeling a bit better this morning but was worried about lifting weight overhead. Turned out ok. Felt quite strong grinding out the 7th rep at 100.
Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 2x5x100, 1x7x100
DB Press - 4x10x35
Front Raises - 2x8x30, 2x10x25
Side Raises - 4x10x20
Rear Delt Machine - 2x10x100, 2x10x85
