Strong chest workout today, first couple of sets at 160 felt pretty easy, would have tried for an 11th rep if I had a spotter.

Bench Press - 1x8x135, 3x8x160, 1x10x160

DB Incline Press - 2x12x55, 2x10x55

Narrow Dips - 2x10x45, 2x8x45

Cable Flys - 4x12x20

Bar Pressdowns - 2x15x50, 2x12x50
