Easy run after some squats and lunges upstairs. Felt like I had good glute and quad activation on the run. Squats may have been my strongest ever, knee wasn't so bad, and was able to keep back tight really focusing on pushing equally from both sides through my heels. Still some shift to the left though. Right hip flexor is tight (mostly felt it on lunges) but wasn't a bother on the run.

Reverse Lunges - 1x8x65, 2x8x85
