Notes

Front squats went pretty good today, got good depth and maintained good verticality. Again focused on going slow and controlled. Did some light slow deadlifts after focusing on form and felt a lot stronger on right side so hip is improving. Not much soreness either but it is obvious there is still tightness especially after sitting.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 3x5x135

Deadlifts - 4x5x135

Front Rack Step Ups - 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 2x6x85
