Light workout at gym. Attempted some deadlifts and they seemed to go ok. Right hip felt more stable and stronger. Ab wheel felt pretty good too.

Walking Lunges - 1x8x20lb dbs, 1x8x25, 1x8x30, 1x8x35
Pull Throughs + Glute Ham Raises - 3 sets
L-Sit Pull Ups - 3x6
