Deadlifts went ok, Really focused on driving through my legs with shoulders over bar and noticed that it was a lot more stressful on my legs and less stressful on my back. Need to really thrust into the bar to get through the sticking point. Reps at 275 were tough, took some extra time before 4th and 5th reps.
Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 1x5x255, 1x5x275
Hip Thrusts - 1x15x95, 1x15x115, 2x15x145
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 2x8x25, 2x6x25
Cable Rows - 4 sets
Lat Pressdowns - 4 sets
Bicep Curls - 2x12x50, 2x8x50
