Notes

Mostly an upper body workout in afternoon, not too happy with it, bench continues to weaken.

Front Squats - 1x5x45, 3x5x65 (3 second pause at bottom, ass to grass)

Push Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x85, 1x5x95, 1x4x105, 1x5x95 (not really feeling it)

Pull Ups - ladder to 6 w/10 second rest

Pallof Presses - 1x10x22.5, 2x10x27.5

Bench Press - ladder to 5 at 115 w/10 second rest (really pathetic)

Close Grip Bench - 3x5x115

Farmers walks w/50 pounds
