Notes

Pretty good workout today. Worked on maintaining tightness with deadlifts so I didn't need to reset after every rep. Kept bar a bit closer to body while maintaining scapula over bar. Felt like I had a bit more power. Did first 3 reps of first 235 set with double overhand. Last set at 235 was tough but bar speed didn't slow too much. Didn't feel anything in lower back, mostly felt it through legs - could also feel my upper back losing tightness towards the end. Hamstring and knee sore after as always.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x3x185, 1x3x225, 2x5x235, 1x10x235

Pull Ups - 1x5x25, 1x5x35, 1x5x45, 1x5x55, 1x8x25

1 Arm Cable Rows - 3 sets

Lat Pressdowns - 3x10x60

Lat Pulldowns - 3x8x100
