Pretty good leg workout. Squats felt pretty even as did walking lunges. Paused all reps at 95 and 105 and first reps at 115.

Walking Lunges - 3x10x25lb dbs

Glute Ham Raises + Pull Throughs - 3 sets

L-Sit Chin Ups - 5 sets
