Tried some deadlifts for the first time in a year, right side still felt quite weak and fragile with some hamstring tightness. Had trouble controlling the weight on the way down as right hip was really having trouble supporting the load. Step ups a little stronger , same with reverse lunges.
Deadlifts - 1x8x95, 1x8x115, 1x8x135, 1x8x155
Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x8x85
Reverse Lunges - 1x8x65, 1x8x85, 1x8x95
Pull Ups - 5x6x25
