Notes

Good workout today. Trap bar deadlifts felt pretty good, overhead press a lot better. Groin still improving, didn't feel it with deadlifts but did feel it with lunges still. Barbell rows were better, did overhand, focused on squeezing abs and pulling with elbows.

L-Sit Pull-Ups - 2x8, 1x6
