Notes

Bench crazy weak today. Thought I was ok through 4 reps but then just lost strength. Butt came way off on 6th rep. Kept with the new grip and felt I had more control today but may need to tweak it as it just tired out my shoulders and chest without getting triceps involved. Triceps felt way too fresh doing close grip bench and shoulders felt blaster doing overhead press.

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x160, 1x5x180, 1x6x200

Close Grip Bench Press - 3x12x135

Overhead Press - 4x6x95

Dips - 1x10x45, 2x5x70, 1x5x80, 1x6x90

Incline DB Press - 3x10x55

Bar Pressdowns + Lat Raises - 3 sets
