Long run to gym, glutes quite sore from yesterday's workout, minimal discomfort in groin, upper left hamstring very tight, right side not feeling too bad. Didn't have any pop nor turnover, felt very hard to run close to 5:00/km pace but co-ordination is getting a bit better.
