Quite windy today with headwind on way back, not sure why heart rate is again so high as run did feel easier than that. Left arch was hurting all yesterday and on the run today, not too severe but the worst it has felt in a couple of weeks. Right calf wasn't so bad although it did start to tighten up around 8k, will continue rolling and massaging it. Hamstrings, glutes and adductors all still sore from leg workout 2 days ago.
Went to gym in evening, foot feeling better but calf is tight. Workout included:
2x6x25 step ups on 18 inch box
3x5x(16x2)kg kettlebell goblets, butt touching 12 inch platform
1x5x135, 1x5x145, 1x5x135 bench press - perfect reps
1x8x95x, 2x6x115 narrow grip bench press
1x8x15, 2x8x25 wide dips
1x8x10, 2x5x15 neutral grip pull ups
30 second ab holds with 17.5lbs
