Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run at Equinox, right calf was quite tight but otherwise feeling ok. Did some weights after including:

1x8x100, 1x6x120 low row stack

3x8x25 lateral shoulder raise

1x5x75, 1x4x85 ohp

2x4x65 goblet squat

1x8x30, 1x6x40 walking lunges

2x6x20, 1x5x25 step-up on 18 inch platform, tried 20 on 20 inch platform but was too high and found myself leaning forward

1x3 weightless step-ups on 24 inch, 26 inch and 28 inch platforms
