Front squats felt heavy today and depth wasn't the best at 135 and 145, could feel my right knee caving in too. Deadlifts continue getting better, had Lorenz watch me pull 265 and he said hips were high and back was straight, way better than before at similar weight. L. said 275 still looked good, no longer sees hump on lower back when pulling, need to video a lift. Bench press was awful, lost all strength.
