Notes

Had to take my rest day yesterday so did day 6 of PPL today. First set of squats at 115 was a little shaky but eventually got into a groove. Trap bar deadlifts were ok, step up felt pretty solid too. Started off with some box jumps doing 5 at 30, 5 at 33, and 5 at 36. Just didn't have the explosiveness today for some reason as I actually failed one jump at 36.

Front Squats - 1x8x95, 4x8x115

Trap Bar Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 4x8x225

Step Ups - 4x8x85

Glute Kickbacks - 4x10x8 level

Hamstring Curls - 4x12x115
