Notes

Shoulder workout at gym although did some light goblet squats which felt pretty good. Push presses were hard but overhead presses felt stronger. Left elbow hasn't been feeling too great.

Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x5x85, 1x6x95

Push Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x2x115

Front Raises - 3x8x25

Lateral Raises - 3x10x20

Face Pulls - 3x12x42.5
