Hamstrings still tight, not totally happy with depth on front squats, was hoping they would feel easier too.

Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115, 1x5x105, 1x5x95

Military Press - 1x5x85, 1x5x90, 1x4x95, 1x4x90, 1x5x85

Walking Lunges - 1x8x30, 1x6x40, 1x6x50 (w/dumbbells)

Pull-Ups - 3x5x25 (tried to stay as vertical as possible)

some ab work
