Notes

Deadlifts felt real good up to 225, was even able to do first 4 reps at 225 with overhand grip. But then 245 felt really hard, last couple reps of last set were real grinders.

Step-Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x6x85, 1x4x95, 1x8x65

Chin-Ups - 3x5x25, 1x8x25
