Notes

Really good leg workout considering it was my first one in 2 weeks. Got good depth and felt pretty strong throughout. Bounced all reps at 95, 105 and 115, first 3 at 125 and first rep at 135.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115, 1x5,125, 1x5x135

Walking Lunges - 1x15x30lb dbs, 2x12x30

Glute Pull Throughs + Glute Ham Raises + Wide Grip Pull Ups - 3 sets
