Warm ups felt good with bench press but I just couldn't get set properly at 205 and felt like each rep was a struggle and very uneven, the opposite of last week. Despite this the first 5 reps went up ok and then did the 6th after a slight pause. The 6th was a bit of a grinder at the top so I stopped there. Did 5x10 at 165 after which felt pretty strong as I didn't have to pause at all. This really tired me out for overhead press though.
