Run to gym. Calf still not quite feeling right and soleus is sore after, swelling seemed a little more than usual too. Some DOMS on right side from squats.

Did 40 minutes of elliptical at gym mostly at 7/5 and 8/6 (3.83 miles, 183 cadence)
