Wanted to reach 2000m elevation for the week. Started off at 15% thinking I could hold this for a while but my legs weren't having it so dropped the incline down to between 10 and 12% running mostly around 5.0-5.2 mph. Sciatica and strength getting better but still have a ways to go.
